Carl MIchealsen
Carl Michaelsen is a graduate of North Central College in Naperville where he studied Small Business Management. It was during college when he wrote his first book. His love for writing stems from early elementary school where creative free writes were the best part of his days. Like many boys that age, Carl was fascinated by big action-adventure stories, epic battles between good and evil, and plenty of explosions. Fortunately for the book lovers of the world, Carl kept that action-hero spirit into adulthood, and all those years of writing for fun taught him how to craft larger complex stories that read like your in the front row seats at the movies, with the summer's biggest blockbuster blasting on all cylinders just a few feet ahead. Since publishing his first book, Phantom, Carl has gone on to write many more insanely fun books and, much like his unstoppable force protagonists, plans to keep on going. In addition to writing, Carl enjoys reading, going to the movies, collecting comic and movie memorabilia, and spending time with his three dogs.
