Why Boxhead Books?
T.L Oberheu decided to form Boxhead Books after noticing how predatory many publishers are. Massive Traditional Presses are near impossible for new authors to enter, and Hybrid/Vanity Presses are unfairly set-up and costs authors thousands of dollars, with very little potential for the author to make any profits. The goal of Boxhead Books is to help the new author without a big name or following yet, and to get their work globally distributed without any cost.
The Boxhead Library can be found all over the world, from the United States, to the United Kingdom, and even Australia and Japan!
As an indie micro press (for now), you and your work can potentially be the first bricks in our foundation as a Publishing House. Boxhead Books does not discriminate in any form, and we are incredibly excited to look at any drafts or simple ideas any emerging authors may have.
